Effortless.  That’s how family photos should be. They should capture a moment in time, as you will want to remember it fifty years from now.  I take pictures in a relaxed environment so that whatever the subject–your husband, your kids, your pregnant belly, or even your mother-in-law–looks less posed and more natural.

From a lush park setting or my comfortable home studio on Mercer Island, I take hundreds of photos with a professional-grade digital SLR camera (Canon 5D Mark II). Within days, you’ll receive an album of high quality 4×6 prints and a CD with all of the full-resolution originals. Unlike other photography businesses, the images from your photo shoot are yours to use as you wish: Post to Facebook, email to friends, or make enlargements, photo gifts, and holiday cards.

My pricing is both straightforward and affordable!

Family Package
$350 plus tax covers everything:

• An indoor/outdoor photo session with you and your family (usually in my home studio on Mercer Island and a nearby park)
• A set of about 60 professional-quality prints, presented in an album
• A CD of the full-resolution digital originals

Additional charge of $100 for extended families

$50 travel fee for non-standard locations

One Year Package
$1,000 plus tax.  Includes 4 photo sessions to be used any time within one year.  For example, capture your pregnancy, newborn baby, and baby’s first smiles.  Or capture your family in each of the 4 seasons.  Use them any way you’d like!

Senior Pictures
Similar to the family package, but includes about 24 prints.  Just $295 plus tax

Event Photography
Available for event photography for $200 an hour
